Monthly Rent:

• Lot rent starts at $99 per month for 1st 6 months. Then, rent is $235-$240 per month for a singlewide or doublewide site. Utilities are in addition to rent.
• Payments for rent, water, sewer, and garbage are due on the 1st of each month.
• There is a $440 refundable security deposit required upon approval for residency and a $15 application fee.
• We do not rent mobile homes or RV spaces. We lease mobile home sites to mobile home owners. To move your home into Mountain Creek Community, your home must not be over 12 years old, must look nice, and your credit/background check must be approved.
