Community Incentives:

• Lot rent starting at $99/month for 1st 6 months and $650 towards moving expense. (Restrictions apply.)
• We offer a "Refer-A-Friend" incentive to all residents in our community. If you refer a friend to our community, we'll pay you $100 once they are approved and moved in their new home or purchase a home from us.
• Fully furnished clubhouse for residents use at no charge to the resident. A small deposit is required.
